Post Media Co., Ltd.
Post Media Co. Ltd was established by Australian national Ross Dunkley in 2008 in Phnom Penh after he bought The Phnom Penh Post newspaper from Michael Hayes. His partner is Bill Clough, an Australian oil and gas entrepreneur. The company expended the editorial, marketing, sales and added production staff ito establish a dedicated pre-press and printing operation to publish The Phnom Penh Post on a dalily basis. It launched Post Khmer in 2009 and Post Week-End in 2014. Post Media Co. Ltd has established licensed agreements with Reuters, The Guardian, Washington Post, Bloomberg and other news syndicates to publish international news items in Cambodia. Dunkley is described as one "of the most colourful characters in Cambodia’s publishing industry ", running both The Phnom Penh Post and The Myanmar Times.
Dunkley is publisher and a major shareholder in Post Media Ltd (PML). He also was the founder, managing director and editor-in-chief of Myanmar Consolidated Media Ltd, which publishes The Myanmar Times.Dunkley started working in the media in 1980 through a cadetship at The Stock and Land newspaper in Melbourne.

Clough is part of the Clough family from Perth. His father, Harold Clough, is also a shareholder and is a former director of West Australian Newspapers
