Ing Chhay Nguon

Ing Chhay Nguon is the owner and CEO of Hang Meas Video, a company he started in 1994 to produce music videos and local artists. In 2001, Mr. Chhay Ngoun was identified by the Phnom Penh Post as the president of the Movie and Songs Association, an affiliation of video and music producers.
